All Ultracom, Flexicom and Ultrapower appliances come complete with a 2 year parts, 2 year labour warranty*.
The Betacom & Betacom C have a 1 year parts, 1 year labour warranty. All other appliances have a 2 years parts and 1 year labour warranty unless specified otherwise.

*Available on the Ultracom, Flexicom and Ultrapower ranges from 1st June 2008

3, 4 and 5 year extended warranties available

Glow-worm installers can provide their customers with 3, 4 and 5 year extended parts and labour warranties on all Glow-worm high efficiency appliances.

Service packages
